SHIPPING METHODS
All orders are shipped via UPS. You may choose one of 3 shipping options: Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air.
Standard Shipping:
All standard orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number once your item has shipped. Orders are shipped Ground and arrive within 4 to 7 business days after they are shipped.
Expedited Shipping:
You may choose from the 2 expedited shipping options below:

2nd Day Air All expedited orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders arrive 2 days after your order is shipped (excluding Saturdays and Sundays, as UPS does not offer guaranteed Saturday delivery or Sunday delivery). You will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number once your item has shipped.

Next Day Air All expedited orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders arrive the day after your order is shipped (excluding Saturdays and Sundays, as UPS does not offer guaranteed Saturday delivery or Sunday delivery.) At this time we can only ship to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We are unable to offer international shipping at this time. Our products are sold in select Canadian stores, so if you live in Canada, please check our store locator for a store near you. (store locator should link to the “store locator” page)

vere is unable to ship to PO Boxes or Military Addresses (APO, AFO and others).

Shipments are not available for delivery on the following days or the day after: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas.

TAX
Orders placed by New York State residents will be subject to a mandatory sales tax of 8.875%.
GIFTS
If you are sending a gift, you will have the option to add a personalized gift message for the recipient during checkout. It will be printed on the packing slip and included with the shipment. At this time we do not offer gift packaging.
